Description
This reagent set is designed for simple and quick detection of E. coli O-157 gene (coded O-157 antigen protein) and Verocytotoxin genes from Enterohemorrhagic E. coli (EHEC) making a distinction among O-157 genes, type 1 and type 2 Verocytotoxin genes in one tube simultaneously. Furthermore, internal control template is supplied in this kit as a positive control. So it prevents false negative detection derived from reaction inhibition, by adding this control into the reaction mixture.

Store in aliquots to avoid repeating freeze-thaw cycles. Do not store the mixture of this kit components after prepared.
