Intended usage
- This product can be used for cloning of cDNA or genome DNA by PCR.
- Cassette Primer can be used as the primer for sequencing of the cloned DNA by Sanger dideoxy method.
- RNA probe can be prepared by in vitro transcription using T7 promoter within cassette.
