Description
pAUR224 vector has a mutant aur1R gene (AbA-resistant gene) derived from Schizosaccharomyces pombe as a selective marker. pAUR224 is an E. coli-yeast shuttle vector for protein expression and contains CMV (cytomegalovirus) promoter which express in S. pombe constitutively.
