Description
High-Salt Solution for Precipitation (Plant) is a reagent for removal of polysaccharides from RNA solution which extracted from plants containing a lot of polysaccharides and proteoglycans et al.. High purity of RNA sample is easily obtained only by addition of this product at isopropanol precipitation in purification steps of RNA extraction procedure.

Removal of polysaccharides from RNA solution.
Purity
It is checking that this product is DNase and RNase free.
Notes
- It is not recommended to use for recovery of small molecular RNA, because of low recovery of that.
- When RNA sample is small amount, it is recommended to use Dr. GenTLE™ Precipitation Carrier (Cat. #9094) at isopropanol precipitation for increasing the RNA recovery.
