Description
This kit is a product to prepare template for 1 step and 2 step real-time RT-PCR by simple method without RNA extraction process from cells cultured at 96 well-plates or others. This kit is possible to prepare the template for real-time PCR analysis from cultured cells in only 10 minutes. By using this kit with 1 step real-time RT-PCR kit, such as One Step SYBR® PrimeScript™ RT-PCR Kit II (Perfect Real Time) (Cat. #RR086A/B), gene expression analysis can be performed about 2 hours. Furthermore, this kit is possible to prepare the template cDNA for real-time PCR for about only 30 minutes, using in combination with a kit for reverse transcription, such as PrimeScript™ RT reagent Kit (Perfect Real Time) (Cat. #RR037A/B). Templates which prepared directly from small quantities of cell by this kit is useful for analysis of gene expression profile without influencing high sensitivity of real-time RT-PCR. Because genomic DNA can be removed efficiently in this kit, this kit is powerful for expression analysis of gene, primers of which cannot be designed in both end of the exon junction, or which is expressing at low level.
