Reconstitution
Dissolve the lyophilized antibody in 50 µl of Reconstitution Solution. (final concentration 2.0 mg/ml)
Specifity
This antibody recognizes Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) of chicken.
Application
- This antibody can be used for detection of GAPDH by Western blotting analysis. (2-10 µg/ml)
- This antibody can be used for detection of GAPDH by flow cytometry analysis. (2-10 µg/ml)
