Description

PrimerArray™ is a primer set for real-time RT-PCR to analyze gene expression associated with specific biological pathways. Each product contains 96 kinds of primer mixture composed of 88 kinds of pathway related genes and 8 kinds of housekeeping gene primers. In comparing a control sample with an unknown sample by relative quantification method, any gene which shows difference in expression levels can be screened at one time. The good performance of each primer set for real-time RT-PCR has been confirmed. PrimerArray™ Analysis Tool Ver.2.1^*1 are useful for analysis in this product.

Components

Primers for pathway related gene	50 µl×88 wells

* Including Forward & Reverse primer mix (ea. 2.5 µM) per well.
* For 12×25 µl reaction.
* As a rubber mat (lid) is used repeatedly, be careful of handling.

Form

Primers are dispensed in a 96-well master plate. The plate is sealed with a rubber lid.

* When use this product repeatedly for a short period (-1 month), please store at 4°C. However, please pay attention in handling to prevent contamination since this product contains no preservative.
