Use of the MSCV Retroviral Expression System is exclusively licensed from Robert G. Hawley, Ph.D. Academic research institutions are granted an automatic license with the purchase of this product to use the MSCV Retroviral Expression System only for internal, academic research purposes. This limitation expressly excludes the right to sell or otherwise transfer the MSCV system or its component parts to third parties. All other users and purchasers are required to obtain a license from Takara Bio USA, Inc. prior to purchasing these reagents or using them for any purpose.
