This Product is protected by one or more patents from the family consisting of: US 12,385,033 and any corresponding patents, divisionals, continuations, patent applications and foreign filings sharing common priority with the same family.

PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE TREKKER™ 5C. To the extent use of the Trekker 5C is covered by any intellectual property rights controlled by Takara Bio USA, Inc. or its affiliates (“Takara”), Takara hereby grants to the customer of the Trekker 5C (“Customer”) a personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable, non-assignable and non-transferable license to such intellectual property rights for the one-time use of the specific Trekker 5C for which Customer has paid the purchase price (“License”). Customer shall have no right and Customer agrees not to transfer, assign or sublicense the License to any other person or entity, and any such attempted transfer, assignment or sublicense shall be void. The License is granted to Customer only, who is the original licensee, and no other person or entity, and is limited to use of the Trekker 5C on a one-time basis and no other product or service.
