製品説明

Cancer Cell Line Medium XFは、樹立されたがん細胞株をin vitroで培養するために開発された培地である。無血清およびXeno-Freeの培地であり、動物由来成分を含まないため、慣用培地と比べてロット間差が少ない培地である。

保存

基本培地：4℃で暗所保存（凍結不可）
SupplementMix：－20℃
基本培地とSupplementMixを混合した後は、4℃で6週間保存可能。
使用前に必要量を分注し、室温に戻して使用。

  1. HT1080株を5,000cells/cm2にてフィブロネクチンでコートした培養プレートに播種した。3～4日毎に植え継ぎを行い、10継代目まで培養を行った。慣用培地と比較して、細胞増殖率が安定して高いことが確認できた。
  2. Cancer Cell Line Medium XF（B）および慣用培地（C）にて7継代後3日目の細胞画像を示す（倍率×100）。慣用培地と比較して、細胞の形態も良好であることが確認できた。
