* 3)の文献では、Ureaplasma urealyticumの２種類のサブタイプ（T960 biovar, Parvo biovar)を本キットに含まれるF1, R1 primerで増幅を行い、増幅後、Ssp Iによる切断の有無で判別を行っている。論文中でParvo biovarと呼ばれているものがU. parvum、 T960 biovarがU. urealyticumに相当する。
