実施例：N遺伝子領域のtranscript RNAの段階希釈反応
本キットを用いて、1反応あたりN遺伝子領域のtranscript RNA 5、50、500、5,000 copiesを鋳型として反応確認を行ったところ、RNA transcript, 5 copiesまで検出可能であり、5～5,000 copiesの範囲で直線性のある結果となった。
