Twist Bioscience社のControl 2 (MN908947.3) およびControl 16 (B.1.351, EPI_ISL_678597)を適宜希釈し、1反応当り 0（RNase Free H2O）、50、500、5,000コピーを鋳型として使用した場合の反応例を以下に示す。

＜L452R変異検出＞
Positive Control RNA Set (L452R)の Positive Control RNA (wild)およびPositive Control RNA (L452R)を適宜希釈し、1反応当り 0（Negative Control）、50、500、5,000コピーを鋳型として使用した場合の反応例を以下に示す。
