YPG培地: 0.5%酵母エキス、1.0%ポリペプトン、1.0%グルコース、0.1% KH2PO4、0.05% MgSO4・7H2O, pH5.5。
McIlvain Buffer: 0.1 Mクエン酸溶液と0.2 Mリン酸水素二ナトリウム溶液を約36.8:63.2で混合し、pH6.0に調整する。
