Anti-Human Fibronectin

ヒト血漿フィブロネクチンをコートしたシャーレにNRK細胞を接着伸展させた。あらかじめ各濃度モノクローナル抗体で前処理することにより、接着が阻害される。接着阻害効果は両抗体（FN12-8、FN30-8）を併用することにより増幅される。

図 NRK細胞の接着阻害効果
各モノクローナル抗体を併用または単独にて0.001～1 μg/mlの濃度で反応させ、ラット腎細胞を分散後、洗い流さず、顕微鏡にて観察した。併用時に強い接着阻害がみられる。
